Adventure idea from How Stuff Works

Fall is a great time for beginnings.  Kids begin school.  We begin new routines after schedules being thrown off with vacations and other summer activities.  The  How Stuff Works site that I subscribe to lists some great ideas for adventure and staying in shape this fall…and year round.  Outdoor activities such as biking, climbing and hiking keep you active and in shape.

On their site, you can explore categories like:

 Adventure Photography

FPO Hiking and Camping

and many others.  Click on their site.  You may not be climbing Mt. Everest, but there may be hiking or biking trails near your home.  It may spark a new idea.  Invite a friend to join you.  Maybe start a new hobby this fall and have fun getting in better shape while you are at it!  Live well!

What do you like to do for adventure or staying in shape?  Comment here.
